72,330 new cases of corona in 24 hours in India, 459 people killed

In the last 24 hours in India, 72,330 new cases of corona have been reported. With this, the total number of positive cases has been 1,22,21,665, the number of total deaths has gone up to 1,62,927 after 459 new deaths, so many people have died in a single day for the first time since December 16, active in the country. The total number of cases is 5,84,055 and the total number of discharged cases is 1,14,74,683.

At the same time, a total of 6,51,17,896 people have been vaccinated with the corona virus.

The Ministry of Health has said that Kovid-19 cases are continuously increasing in 8 states – Maharashtra, Karnataka, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Chhattisgarh. In view of these conditions, the Center has advised that they should take strict steps to prevent the rise in cases.
